1.由吗啉与甲醛、甲酸反应而得。将甲醛慢慢加入吗啉中,在搅拌下滴加甲酸,反应自动回流并放出二氧化碳。加完甲酸后,加热回流4-5h。冷却后加入氢氧化钠立即蒸馏,收集小于99℃的全部馏分,加入氢氧化钠至饱和,冷却分出油层,干燥,分馏,收集114.5-117℃馏分即为成品。另一种方法以二氯乙醚、一甲胺水溶液、液碱等搂原料,一步法合成,流程短,设备简单,工艺条件温和,投次少,产品收率高,质量好。
