AChE/BChE/BACE-1-IN-2 shows considerable PAS-AChE binding capability, excellent brain permeation, potential disassembly of Aβ aggregates, and neuroprotective activity against Aβ-induced stress. AChE/BChE/BACE-1-IN-2 has remarkable antioxidant potential[1].
