In Vitro HDAC6-IN-11 (0.44-6.68 μM, 48 h) treatment shows anti-proliferative activities against A549 and HCT116 cells[1]. HDAC6-IN-11 (0-20 μM, 48 h) treatment can increase the acetylation status of H3 and tubulin[1]. Cell Proliferation Assay[1] Cell Line: A549 and HCT116 cells Concentration: 0.44-6.68 μM Incubation Time: 48 hours Result: Showed anti-proliferative activities to A549 and HCT116 cells (GI50=3.2 and 1.82 μM, respectively). Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: HCT116 cells Concentration: 0, 0.6, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 μM Incubation Time: 48 hours Result: Led to the increase of acetylation status of H3 and tubulin in a dose-dependent manner, and upregulated acetylated tubulin.
