In Vitro	The lysozyme-GFPER-HoxA9 murine cell line (ER-HOX-GFP) and the THP1 and U937 human AML cell lines were cultured with compounds in a 4-day differentiation assay. DHODH-IN-7 shows EC50s of 3.6, 2.7, and 2.5 μM for ER-HOX-GFP, THP1 and U937 human AML cell lines, respectively[1].
