[In Vivo]

Ro19-4603 (0-0.3 mg/kg,腹腔注射) 显着降低嗜酒大鼠在 8 小时间隔内的乙醇摄入量[1]。 Animal Model: Alcohol-Preferring rats[1] Dosage: 0.075, 0.150, and 0.30 mg/kg. Administration: i.p. Result: Reduced EtOH intake at the 8-h interval, but no apparent effect at the 24-h interval.
