[In Vivo]

[DPro10] Dynorphin A (1-11), porcine (ICV) has analgesic effects involving thermal cutaneous (tail-flick) and chemical visceral (AcOH-induced writhing) stimuli, in which mu and kappa receptors are known to be activated differentially[2].
