Biological Activity

[Description]:

ACV1 (Vc1.1), an α-Conotoxin, is a selective α9α10 nAChR antagonist with an IC50 of 19 nM. ACV1 is ~100-fold less potent on human α9α10 vs. rat nAChRs[1].
