[In Vitro]

Thio-ITP inhibits both endogenous and exogenous DNA-directed RNA synthesis[1]. Thio-ITP has a Ki values whit 40.9±11.0 μM, 38.0±6.47 μM of polymerase I and polymerase II, respectively[1].
