Biological Activity

[Description]:

Tazomeline is a selective M1 muscarinic receptor agonist. Tazomeline inhibits twitch height in rabbit vas deferens(IC50= 0.001 nM). Tazomeline can be used for research of neuropsychiatric disorders[1].
