Abstract

alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) have been subjected to esterification with ethanol in presence of lipase B from Candida antarctica (Novozym 435®), in solvent free condition.
