Abstract

Earlier we detected high antiviral activity in allyloxyalkyl derivatives of uracil [2]. Therefore the investigation of the influence of the O-allyl fragments in the side chain of 2, 3- dihydroxypropyl derivatives of pyrimidine bases on their antiviral action is of considerable interest.
