T7RNA聚合酶用途T7 RNA聚合酶是由大肠杆菌从T7噬菌体的RNA聚合酶基因表达的聚合酶。T7 RNA聚合酶具有高度特异性并参与mRNA的体外转录(IVT)。在Mg2+存在的情况下,T7 RNA聚合酶仅使用含有T7启动子序列的单链或双链DNA作为模板,并使用NTP作为底物合成与启动子下游的单链DNA互补的RNA[1][2]。 |
