体外研究	Cecropin B-诱导NF-κB活化通过破坏PXR /类视黄醇X受体α(RXR-α)复合物与DNA序列的结合在抑制CYP3A29中起关键作用。 Cecropin B通过与TLRs 2和4相互作用激活猪肝细胞,TLRs 2和4调节NF-κB介导的信号通路[1]。
体内研究	伤口湿润,C组渗出较多,而其他组则干燥,无明显渗出。每组中大多数小鼠的体温升高,但每组中白细胞的数量在手术后降低。 A组肌肉细菌数量明显低于M组和C组。 C组4个PID后存活小鼠的数量明显少于A组和M组(P <0.05)[2]。
动物实验	小鼠[1]将30只ICR小鼠纳入研究，并通过切除1cm×1cm面积的背皮全层来复制铜绿假单胞菌感染模型。然后将它们随机分为C组（对照组，n = 10，在伤后3小时（PIH）用等压生理盐水湿敷），M（在3 PIH下用100g / L的磺胺类药物进行亲水性压缩），A（湿敷）在3个PIH）组中的1 000 mg / L天蚕素B。在损伤前和伤后4天测定各组体温和血象的变化[2]。
