体内研究 腺苷受体拮抗剂2(化合物L-1;po;10,30,100 mg/kg;每天两次,共22天)抑制带有MC38(#22)-hpd-L1细胞的雌性C57BL/6mice小鼠的肿瘤生长[1]。腺苷受体拮抗剂2(iv;2 mg/kg)的CLz为14.7 mL/min·kg,AUC为2252 h·ng/mL。腺苷受体拮抗剂2(po;10 mg/kg)在成年雄性ICR小鼠(体重25-40g)[1]中的Cmax为8730 ng/mL。
