黄嘌呤氧化酶-IN-4(化合物19a)是一种口服活性强效黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)抑制剂,IC50为0.039μM。黄嘌呤氧化酶-IN-4在氧酸钾诱导的高尿酸血症大鼠中表现出低尿酸血症效力。黄嘌呤氧化酶-IN-4可用于高尿酸血症和痛风研究[1]。

体外研究 黄嘌呤氧化酶-IN-4(化合物19a)(1 nM-10μM,15 min)具有很强的XO抑制效力,IC50为0.039μM,Ki为0.0037μM【1】。
体内研究 黄嘌呤氧化酶-IN-4(化合物19a)(SD大鼠,10 mg/kg,灌胃一次)显著降低血清尿酸浓度[1]。动物模型:Sprague-Dawley大鼠(六周,雄性,180-200g,六组)[1]剂量:10 mg/kg给药:灌胃,一次结果:显著降低血清尿酸浓度,AUC(尿酸,1-5h)为44.3%。
