体内研究	使用Selamectin/sarolaner的每月三次治疗在研究期间的整个持续时间内对蓖麻蓖麻提供高效且一致的疗效。在第56,84和91天,Selemectin/sarolaner治疗组对蓖麻毒素的有效率在数值上高于fluralaner治疗组[1]。在每月接受Selamectin局部治疗36个月后,所有狗都通过两项试验检测为阴性[2]。
动物实验	在第2,29和58天对猫进行称重以计算剂量。第1组中的猫（对照组）未经治疗。在第0天，组3中的猫用fluralaner治疗，最小推荐标记剂量为40.0mg / kg体重。在第0,30和60天，第2组中的猫用新的点滴制剂进行治疗，最小推荐标签剂量为1.0mg / kg sarolaner和6.0mg / kg Selamectin。在治疗后的不同时间点观察猫对治疗可能的不良反应。在第0天，对所有猫进行给药部位观察30分钟（±5分钟），3小时（±15分钟）和24小时（±1小时），并且在治疗后第3天和第5天再次进行[1]。
