• 体外研究: 甘氨酸二亚铁(25-200μM；2h)不影响Caco-2细胞活力[2]。甘氨酸二亚铁(25μM；2h)增加Caco-2细胞中的铁蛋白含量[2]。细胞活力测定[2]细胞系：Caco-2细胞浓度：0、25、50、100、200μM孵育时间：2小时结果：未影响野生型和二价金属转运蛋白1(DMT1)基因敲除Caco-2细胞的活力。westernblot分析[2]细胞系：Caco-2细胞浓度：25μM孵育时间：2h结果：野生型细胞铁蛋白含量明显增加,DMT1表达水平明显降低。
• 体内研究: 甘氨酸二亚铁(500 mg/kg铁；p.o.)对小鼠结肠炎有保护作用[3]。动物模型：雌性C57BL/6小鼠用右旋糖酐硫酸钠(DSS)诱发结肠炎[3]剂量：500mg/kg铁给药：P.o.(添加到饲料中)10天结果：存活率最好(100%)。造成最少的身体损失(9%的身体损失)。
