体外研究 吡咯喹啉醌依赖的2-酮-D-葡萄糖(2KG)脱氢酶(2KGDH)对2-酮-D-葡萄糖氧化为2-酮-D-葡萄糖酸(2KGA)具有高度的特异性。P、 金黄色素(Pa2KGDH)特别优选2KG作为底物,并氧化2KG的C-1位置,表明该酶为2KGDH[3]。
