• 体外研究: Robotnikinin在浓度介于1.56μM和25μM之间时表现出ShhN结合能力,根据动力学数据得出KD为3.1μM[2]。Robotnikinin(50µM)可防止ShhN诱导的LC3-II增加[3]。Robotnikinin(5μM)下调与HS-5细胞共培养的H929和U266细胞系中的经典NF-κB途径蛋白,表明MM中Hh信号与NF-κB途径之间存在联系[4]。RT-PCR[4]细胞系：NCI-H929或U266细胞。浓度：5μM,孵育时间：48h。结果：在与HS-5细胞共培养的H929和U266细胞系中,经典NF-κB途径蛋白表达下调。
