3.采用磷酸氢钙法。将食用磷酸氢钙溶解于食用磷酸中,控制pH值在3.2左右时生成磷酸二氢钙,经浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得食用磷酸二氢钙成品。其反应式如下。
