描述 Trenimon是一种具有抗癌作用的化合物。Trenimon通过诱导点突变和染色体突变、姐妹染色单体交换、重组现象和噬菌体诱导,在许多物种中表现出诱变作用。Trenimon可用于癌症研究[1][2][3][4]。

体外研究 Trenimon(0.17 mM)在体外很容易渗入小鼠淋巴瘤细胞[1]。Trenimon(0.17 nM;5 min-16 h)时间依赖性地降低DNA的启动活性[2]。Trenimon(1 nM-10μM;10-20分钟)以10μM的剂量诱导HeLa细胞在2周后死亡,并剂量依赖性地抑制细胞中的有丝分裂[3]。
体内研究 Trenimon(0.25 mg/kg;i.p.一次)可迅速降低外周血的细胞成分(粒细胞、淋巴细胞、网织红细胞、血小板和红细胞),并减少骨髓细胞数[4]。Trenimon(0.03 mg/kg;每周静脉注射一次,持续52周)显示体内致癌作用[4]。动物模型:BR 46雄性大鼠[4]剂量:0.03 mg/kg给药:静脉注射;0.03mg/kg,每周一次,持续52周。结果:显示出致癌作用,24%的动物发生恶性肿瘤,肿瘤诱导时间为16个月。
