【方法一】
工业上,环氧丁烷来源于环氧丙烷生产的副产品回收,在用裂解尾气经次氯酸化生产环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷过程中,可得环氧丙烷塔釜残液。其中含环氧丁烷74.6%,环氧丙烷16.7%,环氧乙烷0.7%,水3.1%,还有少量高沸物。通过蒸馏,从塔丁收集50-70℃的馏分,冷凝后除去水分,获得含量约87%的1,2-环氧丁烷成品,如需要更高纯度,则可进一步分馏。
