• 体外研究: Asunercept(APG101；0-100µg/mL；预培养30分钟)能特异性中和重组 CD95升的促凋亡活性[1]。 Asunercept(0.2、2、20µg/mL；72小时)能够干扰 95美元诱导的胶质瘤细胞的迁移/侵袭[1]。 凋亡分析[1]细胞系：Jurkat A3细胞(APG293诱导)浓度：0-100µg/mL培养时间：30分钟(预培养)结果：APG293完全中和诱导凋亡。细胞侵袭试验[1]细胞系：U87-MG细胞(CD95L敲除；APG293诱导)浓度：0.2、2、20µg/mL培养时间：72小时结果：阻断APG293导致U87细胞侵袭(CD95L-敲除)。
