• 体内研究: 在狗冠状动脉狭窄中,LCB 2853显示出非常高的功效,ED50为7.2μg/ kg。在静脉损伤和血瘀联合诱导的大鼠静脉血栓形成中,灌注LCB 2853以剂量相关的方式降低血栓重量,ED50为220μg/ kg/min [1]。在体内,对抗血小板聚集和血管收缩,LCB 2853显示在大鼠AA诱导的血小板减少症或U 46619诱导的高血压(ED50 = 0.25和0.16mg/kg)以及AA-中,ED50低于1mg/kg iv。诱导小鼠猝死(ED50 = 0.44mg/kg)。静脉注射LCB 2853(ED50 =18.4μg/ kg)后,U 46619诱导的支气管收缩受阻[2]。
