• 体外研究: 红霉素具有抑制甜瓜幼苗生长的作用。菌株BC3的mic为6.25μM(4.1μg/mL),菌株B88的mic为12.5μM(8.2μg/mL)。红霉素可通过抑制纤细类(革兰氏阴性真细菌)和厚壁类(革兰氏阳性真细菌)中的信号肽酶II干扰细菌脂蛋白的加工[1]。在小孢子虫DS010细胞中,在经红霉素处理的培养物中,大多数有机磷水解酶(OPH)以未经处理的形式积聚在细胞质部分。这与未经处理的细胞形成对比,在这些细胞中几乎没有检测到前体。此外,在经珠霉素处理后的膜组分中可检测到明显较低成熟的OPH。OPH信号肽在信号肽酶(Spase)裂解位点的连接处含有一个不变的半胱氨酸残基以及一个保守的脂盒基序。将保存的脂盒半胱氨酸替换为丝氨酸,导致OPH释放到周质,证实OPH是脂蛋白[2]。
