[体外研究]

Helospectin II(0.1 nM,在碳酸氢盐缓冲液中浸泡30分钟)在完整的仓鼠颊袋中引起显著、持续和类似的血管扩张[1]。Helospectin II以6.93的pEC50放松苯基肾上腺素收缩的大鼠股动脉[2]。

[体内研究]

Helospectin II(0.03-2 nmol/kg,左颈静脉输注100μL)可降低大鼠血压[2]。动物模型：SD大鼠[2]剂量：0.03、0.3、1、2 nmol/kg给药：在左颈静脉输注100μL,然后用100μL盐水冲洗导管。结果：在低剂量范围内,降压效果低于血管活性肠肽(VIP)。
