硫藤黄素用途

Thiolutin (Acetopyrrothin) 是由链霉菌 (Streptomyces) 产生的含二硫化物的抗生素和抗血管的化合物。Thiolutin 抑制 JAB1/MPN/Mov34 (JAMM) 金属蛋白酶 Csn5, SHAM-Domain-of-STAM (AMSH) 相关的分子以及特异性去泛素酶 Brcc36。Thiolutin 是有效和选择性内皮细胞粘附的抑制剂,可以快速诱导热休克蛋白β-1 (Hsp27) 磷酸化。
