去氢胆酸制备
将含牛黄胆酸和甘胆酸的胆膏与氢氧化钠溶液一起加热煮沸,水解16h后,酸化至pH3,将灰褐色块状物滤出,投入热水中煮沸10min,冷却,过滤,水洗,抽干,于60-70℃干燥,得胆酸。将胆酸投入乙酸和乙酸钠溶液中,在10-20℃通入氯气,直至白色固体全部析出,用大量蒸馏水倾洗,过滤,干燥,得去氢胆酸粗品,经乙醇精制得成品。
