异丁酸

异丁酸用途

【用途一】
主要用于合成异丁酸酯类产品,如异丁酸甲酯、丙酯、异戊酯、苄酯等,可作为食用香料,也用于制药
【用途二】
GB 2760—1996规定为允许使用的食用香料。主要用以配制奶油、苹果、焦糖、干酪、面包、酵母等香精。
【用途三】
异丁酸没有丁酸重要。用途与正丁酸相似,主要用来生产相应的酯,例如异丁酸甲酯有杏香,异丁酸丙酯有菠萝香味,异丁酸异戊酯有香蕉味,异丁酸辛酯有葡萄味,异丁酸苄酯有草霉香味的茉莉味等,可用作合成香精和溶剂。也用于制造清漆和增塑剂。异丁酸有一些重要的衍生物,工业上实际用于生产异丁腈的中间体,再转化为盐酸异丁脒,它是杀虫剂二嗪农的原料。
【用途四】
用作脂类的溶剂,有机合成中也用于香精、香料的制备和作防腐剂等.皮革脱灰。消毒剂。

1.异丁醛直接氧化法:异丁醛与空气或氧气直接进行氧化反应即得。

2.甲基丙烯酸加氢法 其反应式如下:

3.制法:

于装有搅拌器,滴液漏斗,温度计的5L反应瓶中,加入52g(0.7mol)异丁醇(2),10%碳酸钠水溶液150mL,冰水浴冷却,控制于10~15℃滴加高锰酸钾142g(0.9mol)溶于2.75L水配成的溶液,约3~4h加完。加完后室温放置过夜。将析出的二氧化锰滤去,滤液减压浓缩至约150mL,冷后用50%的硫酸酸化至PH2~3。乙醚提取(50mL×3),无水硫酸镁干燥,蒸去乙醚,蒸馏收集150~158℃的馏分。将此馏分重蒸一次,收集153~155℃的馏分,得异丁酸(1)45g,收率76%。注:①应使高锰酸钾的紫色褪去。若不褪色,可继续搅拌更长时间,或加入少量甲醇使紫色消失。②也可用重铬酸钾氧化异丁醇来制备。二甲基丙二酸加热至190℃,失去一个分子二氧化碳可生成异丁酸。
