四甲基氢氧化铵上下游产品

四甲基氢氧化铵制备

四甲基氢氧化铵的制备方法很多,一般采用氧化银法,通过四甲基氯化铵与氧化银反应生成。但该法制备四甲基氢氧化铵的工艺复杂,原料氧化银价格昂贵,而且所得产品含较高的杂质离子,如卤素离子、碱金属离子等,用于有机硅单体催化聚合时,严重影响有机硅产品特性,更无法满足电子领域清洗和腐蚀的要求。
国外从七十年代开始采用电解法制备四甲基氢氧化铵的新工艺,并逐步取代氧化银法。用电解法制得的产品质量较好,成本低,不仅能满足有机硅生产的需要,而且进入了电子工业领域。
