乙基磷酸制备

【方法一】
其制备方法是由三氯化磷与乙醇在水存在下反应，制得亚磷酸二乙酯与亚磷酸单乙酯的混合物。
而后加氨水或氢氧化钠使两者都转化为盐。
该盐与稍过量的硫酸铝反应，即得到杀菌剂三乙膦酸铝。
具体工艺过程：将酒精与水混合并冷却到10℃左右，在减压下滴加三氯化磷，保持温度在30℃左右；滴加完毕后再搅拌15min，然后提高真空度至97～99kPa，用沸水加热到80～85℃，而后冷却到5℃，用10％左右氨水中和，再在30℃以下加过量5％的氨水(浓度不变)；加完后停止搅拌，在40～45℃下静置2h，在87～93kPa脱水，液温至80℃时停止，得到产品亚磷酸单乙酯。
