详细合成路线

将无水乙醇、甲基红及溶剂加入反应釜，将三氯化磷与溶剂混合物均匀加入高位槽。在搅拌下于0℃左右向釜内通入氨气，并同时滴加三氯化磷。调节两者的加料速度，保持反应温度在0～10℃，约2～3h三氯化磷滴加完毕，继续通氨数分钟后，使反应物达碱性（pH为8～9）。加水溶解副产物氯化铵及少量亚磷酸二乙酯，静置分出水层，油层经减压分馏回收溶剂，再用真空分馏，收集亚磷酸三乙酯，沸点52～53℃（1999.8Pa），收率70%～75%。反应溶剂采用90℃左右的石油醚为好，三氯乙烯、甲苯、二甲苯也可使用。亚磷酸三乙酯再在催化剂作用下发生异构化反应，可制得乙基膦酸二乙酯。
