【用途三】
该品为高沸点溶剂,橡胶和塑料的增塑剂。也是催化剂。也用作制取农药杀虫剂的原料。以及用作乙基化试剂,用于乙烯酮生产。在日本,该品的70%用于催化剂,约20%用作溶剂。主要用途如下:(1)催化剂 二甲苯异构体催化剂;烯烃的聚合催化剂;制造四乙基铅的催化剂;制造碳化二亚胺的催化剂;三烷基硼和烯烃的置换反应催化剂;用乙酸高温脱水制造乙烯酮的催化剂;苯乙烯同共轭二烯类化合物聚合用的催化剂;如果在对苯二甲酸、乙二醇聚合时使用则有防止纤维变色的作用。(2)溶剂 硝酸纤维素及乙酸纤维素的溶剂;用于保持有机过氧化物催化剂寿命的溶剂;氟化乙烯分散用的溶剂;作聚酯树脂、环氧树脂的固化催化剂的过氧化物剂及稀释剂。(3)稳定剂 氯系杀虫剂和稳定剂;酚醛树脂的稳定剂;糖醇树脂的固体剂。(4)合成树脂方面 二甲酚甲醛树脂的固化剂;壳型塑模所使用的酚醛树脂的软化剂;氯乙烯的柔软剂;乙酸乙烯聚合物的增塑剂;聚酯树脂的阻燃剂。

高沸点溶剂,乙烯酮生产催化剂,乙基化试剂,硝酸纤维素及乙酸纤维素的溶剂。

磷酸三乙酯制备
(1)由三氯化磷、乙醇与乙酸钠作用制备
①氯化磷酸二乙酯的制备 将三氯化磷与甲苯混合后,搅拌下加入无水乙醇,湿度控制在30-40℃加完后继续搅拌0.5h ,反应生成亚磷酸二乙酯。接着再滴入二氯硫酰,湿度管制在30-40℃减压除去多余的二氯硫酰,剩余物即氯代磷酸二乙酯。
②磷酸三乙酯的制备 将乙醇钠的醇溶液加入反应釜,在搅拌下滴加氯代磷酸二乙酯,湿度控制在70℃以下,用乙醇钠和乙酸调解pH值至7-8,加完后搅拌4h。然后加入冷水,搅拌均匀后再加入甲苯,继续搅拌一段时间,静置分层,提取上层油状物,用无水碳酸干燥,过滤后回收甲苯,再进行减压蒸馏,收集72-88℃/0.4-0.667MPa的产物,即得成品。
(2)以三氯氧磷和乙醇为原料,两步酯化法合成 将100mL(1.07mol)三氯氧磷投入装有搅拌器的250mL四口烧瓶中,用冰盐水冷却至低于15℃然后在真空下滴加92mL(1.60mol)乙醇。在另一带有搅拌器的1000mL四口烧瓶中,投入550mL(9.63mol)乙醇,常压下滴加上述产物,用冰盐水水冷却,保证反应湿度小于15℃将反应混合物在0.098MPa 高真空下进行乙醇回收。控制蒸馏湿度小于55℃将回收后的乙醇套用到酯化2中,然后将剩余产物用液碱进行中和,使其pH值为6-7,萃取,再蒸馏,得成品165.05g。工艺参数:三氯氧磷:乙醇=1:9(mol),反应湿度15℃反应时间为1.5h;产品收率约82%。
3.氯代磷酸二乙酯的制备 将三氯化磷与甲苯混合后,搅拌下加入无水乙醇,温度控制在30~40℃,加完后继续搅拌0.5h,反应生成亚磷酸二乙酯。接着再滴入二氯硫酰,温度控制在35℃,加完后加入无水乙醇并搅拌1h,维持温度在30~40℃,减压除去多余的二氯硫酰,剩余物即氯代磷酸二乙酯。反应式如下:
4.磷酸三乙酯的制备 将乙醇钠的醇溶液加入反应釜,在搅拌下滴加氯代磷酸二乙酯,温度控制在70℃以下,用乙醇钠和乙酸调解pH值至7~8,加完后搅拌4h。然后加入冷水,搅拌均匀后再加入甲苯,继续搅拌一段时间,静置分层,提取上层油状物,用无水碳酸钾干燥,过滤后回收甲苯,再进行减压蒸馏,收集72~88℃/0.4~0.0667MPa的产物,即得成品。该步反应式为:
