[ 靶点 ]

IC50: 3 µM (adenylyl cyclase)[1]

[体外研究]

2',5'-二脱氧腺苷(10μM,30 min)减少cAMP的产生并阻断卡巴胆碱(CCh)诱导的Ser845处GluA1的磷酸化[3]。2',5'-二脱氧腺苷(10μM,30min)阻断CCh诱导的Akt磷酸化增加,减弱CCh诱导的Ser2448磷酸化[3]。2',5'-二脱氧腺苷(20-150 mM)与腺苷一样,依赖性和可逆性地抑制异丙肾上腺素(8-54 pmol)刺激β肾上腺素能的正性肌力和变时效应,分别高达70%和50%[2]。Western Blot分析[3]细胞系：原代海马神经元浓度：10μM孵育时间：30min结果：卡巴胆碱(CCh)诱导的Ser845细胞cAMP生成减少,GluA1磷酸化受阻。

[体内研究]

2',5'-二脱氧腺苷(0.1 mg/kg；IP；预处理15分钟)完全抑制Fr•EtOAc对大鼠的利尿、利钠素和K+及Cl-保护作用[4]。动物模型：雄性Wistar大鼠(3-4月龄)[3]剂量：0.1 mg/kg给药：IP；预处理15min结果：完全抑制Fr•EtOAc对大鼠的利尿、利尿、保钾、保氯作用。
