1. 烟草：FC，9。

2.制法：

于装有搅拌器、通气导管、回流冷凝器(装一只氯化钙干燥管)、滴液漏斗的干燥的反应瓶中，加入镁条5.5g(0.23mol)，加入无水乙醚覆盖。滴液漏斗中加入1-溴十八烷(66g,0.2mol)和70mL干燥的乙醚，混合均匀。先加入约5mL，再加入0.5mL碘甲烷，引发反应。反应开始后，慢慢滴加其余的1-溴十八烷溶液。约3h加完，而后回流反应3h。冷却，再加热50mL乙醚，冰盐浴冷却下通入环氧乙烷(2),反应放热，反应体系逐渐变得粘稠，直至无法搅动，停止通环氧乙烷。此时析出大量镁化合物结晶并放出大量热量。加入稀盐酸分解产物，水浴加热，分出油层。水层用苯提取。合并油层与苯层。冷却结晶。过滤，干燥，得1-二十醇(1)20g左右。产品可用苯作溶剂进行重结晶提纯，也可减压蒸馏提纯，收集213～216℃/1.5kPa的馏分。
