[体外研究]

甲氧胺产生剂量相关的猫乳头肌力发展的增加,其被α-肾上腺素能拮抗剂选择性地阻断。这是心室肌中存在α-肾上腺素能受体的暗示性证据[1]。甲氧胺大大增强了去大脑中的双稳态行为。在不改变其起始电压,偏移电压或持久性的情况下,甲氧胺可使IPIC的振幅增加一倍[2]。
