甲基异丙基甲酮制备

1.向50-60℃的叔戊醇中滴加等摩尔的溴,制得2,3-二溴异戊烷,然后加水回流3-5h至水解完全,从反应混合物中蒸出粗品3-甲基-2-丁酮,经精制得到成品,收率59%。

2.制法:

于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的1.5L反应瓶中,加入重蒸(沸点范围0.5℃)的2-叔戊醇(2)176.0g(2mol),水浴加热至50~60℃,于21h内滴加溴320g(2mol),加完后继续搅拌反应直至溴的颜色消失。生成三甲基二溴乙烷(3)。向反应瓶中加入540mL水,装上回流冷凝器,加热回流3~5h,直至水解完全。改为蒸馏装置直接蒸馏,至温度升高并无油状物馏出。剩余物继续蒸馏可以得到约380mL恒沸氢溴酸。馏出液用碳酸钠中和至碱性,分出有机层。有机层中加入20g粉状碳酸钾和5mL水,加热回流16h。分出油层,无水氯化钙或无水碳酸钾干燥。置于含2g干燥的碳酸钠的蒸馏瓶中分馏,收集92~94℃的馏分,得微黄色液体化合物(1)102g,收率59%。
