[体外研究]

AM 3112(Impulsin)本身不会刺激口服或静脉注射的小鼠产生干扰素。但是,这种药物的重复应用会诱导巨噬细胞活化,这可通过体外增强的干扰素产生来反映。当干扰素刺激延迟至第一剂AM 3112后4至10天时,干扰素对ds-RNA的反应略微增加。在该活性增强阶段后,观察到干扰素的产生减少。 AM 3112在保护小鼠免受致死剂量的EMC病毒方面没有显着效果。该药物的应用对ds-RNA的毒性具有抑制作用。讨论了AM 3112降低病毒在生物体中毒性的机制的可能解释[1]。
