[体外研究]

CTB(10、50、100、150、200和250µM；10分钟)以剂量依赖性方式增强p300的p300 HAT活性[1]。CTB(0-200μM；24小时)抑制MCF-7细胞的活力,IC50为85.43μM[2]。CTB(85.43μM；24、48和72小时)诱导MCF-7细胞的时间依赖性凋亡[2]。CTB(50微米；24微米) h) 增加p300/CBP活性,减少原代神经元的自噬流量[3]。细胞活力测定[2]细胞系：MCF-7细胞浓度：0-200μM培养时间：24小时结果：IC50为85.43μM抑制细胞活力。凋亡分析[2]细胞系：MCF-7细胞浓度：85.43μM培养时间：24、48和72小时结果：诱导时间依赖性凋亡。
