2',3'-双脱氧腺苷抑制MT-4细胞中的HIV-1和猿猴免疫缺陷病毒(SIV),EC50分别为5.27和5.3μM。 2',3'-双脱氧腺苷分别抑制人T淋巴细胞CEM细胞中的HIV-1和HIV-2,EC50分别为4μM和8μM。 2',3'-双脱氧腺苷抑制Molt 4/C8细胞中的HIV-1和HIV-2,EC50分别为4μM和5.5μM。 2',3'-双脱氧腺苷抑制C8166细胞中的HIV-1和HIV-2,EC50分别为17μM和22μM。 2',3'-双脱氧腺苷抑制C3H/3T3细胞中的鼠肉瘤病毒(MSV),EC50为24μM[1]。
