[体内研究]

脊神经结扎前应用von Frey细丝的缩爪阈值为22.6±2.4 g。神经结扎后10天内机械阈值显着降低(2.3±0.5 g,P <0.05),并保持稳定至少8周。鞘内注射5至30μg的L-APB以剂量依赖性方式显着增加了响应于在8只神经结扎大鼠中施用von Frey细丝的缩爪阈值。 L-APB的最大作用出现在45分钟内,并在鞘内给药后120分钟逐渐消退[2]。

[动物实验]
