乙烯利制备

1.由环氧乙烷与三氯化磷在低温下酯化后，经分子重排、酸解而得。

2.由环氧乙烷和三氯化磷作用成亚磷酸三氯乙基酯，加热异构化，再经酸解制得。或者将亚磷酸二乙酯加热，通氮,加入少许引发剂，通入氯乙烯反应，可制得乙烯利。还可以由乙烯、三氯化磷和空气（或氧气），在低温或高压下反应，经水解得乙烯利。

3.氯乙烯路线
亚磷酸二乙酯加热至90℃，通氮30min。加入少许引发剂，通入氯乙烯，控制加成反应温度，得2-氯乙基亚膦酸二乙酯。然后将加成产物加入浓盐酸水解，于120～130℃，回流24h，制得乙烯利，蒸出部分水分，即得粗品，可配制剂型。

该法原料易得，设备简单，投资少，三废少，操作简便，未反应原料易回收，以三氯化磷计总收率60%。

4.环氧乙烷路线
由三氯化磷与环氧乙烷直接加成，经分子重排、酸解合成乙烯利。加成温度20～25℃，分子比1∶3（环氧乙烷过量），重排反应220～230℃，酸解温度160～170℃。
