【用途一】
用作干果树生长的抑制剂,能抑制植物疯长
【用途二】
植物生长抑制剂。促进矮化,并能调整树干高度和观赏植物外形,而不影响开花影响。对作物有增加耐寒、耐旱能力,促进结实增产等效果。其作用机制是抑制内源生长素的合成。可用于果树、马铃薯、甘薯、番茄、草莓、菊花、人参等。国家农业部已撤销在花生上的登记。
【用途三】
丁酰肼能抑制植物生长,促进矮壮,而不影响开花结果。对作物有增加耐寒、耐旱能力、防止落花落果及促进结实增产等效果。
【用途四】
比久是一种生长抑制剂。它可抑制内源赤霉素的生物合成,也可抑制内源生长素的合成.

丁酰肼制备

以丁二酸为原料,先脱水制得丁二酸酐,再与偏二甲肼在乙腈中缩合而得。操作步骤是:将丁二酸一次投入反应釜,升温至215℃左右,开始脱水,直至釜温升至260℃左右,出水量达到理论量。在缩合釜中投入乙腈,再中入丁二酸酐,当料温控制在18℃时,慢慢滴加偏二甲肼,反应结束后,离心过滤、干燥得比久。
