硝普钠制备

1.在加热条件下，用水溶解三水合亚铁氰化钾，配制成30%的亚铁氰化钾溶液，并在搅拌下加入超过理论量一倍的亚硝酸钠，加热至85℃，然后缓慢滴加用相对密度为1.84的浓硫酸配制成的21%的稀硫酸，控制加酸速度，以保证反应物温度不超过85～90℃。加酸完毕后，再加入少量相同浓度的稀
硫酸，之后，加热至100℃，保温1～2h，检验溶液中[ Fe(CN)₆ ]^4-和[ Fe(CN)₆ ]^3-离子，若存在，则需再加入少量亚硝酸钠并加热直至溶液中不含[ Fe(CN)₆ ]^4-和[ Fe(CN)₆ ]^3-离子：

反应结束后，滤去不溶物，于搅拌下加入80℃的20%的硫酸铜水溶液：

静置后，分去上层清液，用25～30℃的水洗涤沉淀至洗涤水中SO₄^2- 离子合格。所得的亚硝基铁氰化铜用适量碳酸氢钠浓溶液进行分解：

静置，滤出液体后，用水洗涤沉淀，洗液并入滤液，加入少量醋酸酸化，然后
加热蒸发至原体积的1／2，加入少量醋酸钡，使SO₄^2- 离子沉淀完全，过滤，所得滤液加热蒸发至出现结晶薄膜，冷却结晶，甩干后用热水重结晶，最后于40℃以下干燥，即得成品。
