邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯制备

1. 苯酐与液碱反应生成邻苯二甲酸钠盐，再与氯丙烯40-60℃，常压下酯化而得粗品。经过滤，中和、水洗、减压蒸馏，即为成品。原料消耗定额：苯酐（≥90%）780kg/t、氯丙烯（≥95）1060kg/t、液碱（40%）1080kg/t。

2. 在酯化锅内依次加入苯酐119kg、对苯二酚119g、丙烯醇121kg、苯156kg和65%硫酸5.47kg。加热反应，温度从80℃均匀上升到95℃，反应生成的苯和水共沸蒸出，经冷凝分层除水。苯连续回流，于每小时出水量小于100mL时结束反应，冷却。将生成物放入中和洗涤锅，补加苯68kg，加水200kg或5%碱液100kg交替中和洗涤，每次洗涤搅拌15min，静置分层，放去废水再洗，直至水层pH值为中性。然后将中性的醇化物加入脱醇锅，于80～140℃将苯蒸出，再减压蒸馏，收集155～165℃馏分即为成品。酯化反应式如下
