醋酸钾制备

1.冰乙酸与氢氧化钾反应而得。

2.取碳酸氢钾2000g，加入水1000g。在加热和搅拌下慢慢加入98%醋酸650g。有大量二氧化碳气体产生。控制加酸速度，使溶液不致溢出。加完醋酸后，煮沸溶液约半小时，稍冷后过滤。在不断搅拌下蒸发滤液至温度达160～180℃，此时大部分结晶析出。用力搅拌并冷却，抽滤出结晶。

3.用氢氧化钾中和醋酸水溶液，浓缩溶液使结晶析出，所得结晶在180℃下干燥1日。
