[体外研究]

Zingerone是一种无毒的甲氧基苯酚,具有强效的抗炎,抗糖尿病,抗脂肪,抗腹泻,解痉作用[1]。姜油酮(0-2 mM)可降低神经母细胞瘤细胞的存活率[3]。 Zingerone(0-2 mM)可降低细胞周期蛋白D1的表达,增加BE(2)-M17细胞中caspase-3和PARP-1的裂解[3]。

[体内研究]

Zingerone(50,100 mg/kg,每日口服,持续21天)通过减轻大鼠的氧化应激和炎症来预防四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病[2]。 Zingerone(10 mg/kg,ip)通过有丝分裂停滞,细胞分裂失败和细胞凋亡刺激抑制肿瘤进展[3]。
