乙酸芳樟酯制备

1.乙酸芳樟酯存在于天然香柠檬、橙叶、橙花、薰衣草、芳樟等精油中，因此可以从天然精油中用减压分馏的方法单离出乙酸芳樟酯。但工业上一般由乙酐与芳樟醇反应来制备。
在乙酐和磷酸的混合物中加入芳樟醇(磷酸与乙酐形成复合体催化剂)，可以在较低的温度下进行反应。酯化结束后，先后用水和饱和食盐水洗至中性。加入无水碳酸钠脱水干燥后，减压分馏得产品，纯度＞95%。得到的产品含酯量高，香气也较正。

2.乙烯酮法

反应釜内放入100分（重量比）芳樟醇和1份对甲苯磺酯，然后将乙烯酮通入反应釜内，温度维持在20ºC，当乙烯酮被芳樟醇吸收到83%摩尔数时，芳樟醇转换成酯是73.5%。粗品经减压分馏得纯品。
