三乙烯四胺上下游产品

三乙烯四胺制备

其生产方法为二氯乙烷氨化法。将1,2-二氯乙烷和氨水送入管式反应器中于150-250℃温度和392.3kPa压力下进行热压氨化反应。反应液以碱中和,得到混合游离胺,经浓缩同时除去氯化钠,然后将粗品减压蒸馏,截取195-215℃之间的馏分,即得成品。此法同时联产乙二胺、二亚乙基三胺、四亚乙基五胺和多亚乙基多胺,可通过控制精馏塔温度蒸馏胺类混合液,截取不同馏分进行分离而得。
