【用途一】
用于制造活性染料、柔软剂VS和医药克脑迷噻替泒、亚胺醌等,也可用于医药、农药上。

用于有机合成、塑料合成, 也用作防腐剂和酸性气体吸收剂

用作橡胶硫化促进剂,也用作合成纤维、染料、气相缓蚀剂的原料
【用途四】
环己胺是除草剂环嗪酮的中间体,也是橡胶促进剂、石油添加剂、阻蚀剂的中间体。
【用途五】
本品用以制备环己醇、环己酮、己内酰胺、醋酸纤维和尼龙6等。环己胺本身为溶剂,可在树脂、涂料、脂肪、石蜡油类中应用。也可用于制取脱硫剂、橡胶抗氧剂、硫化促进剂、塑料及纺织品化学助剂、锅炉给水处理剂、金属缓蚀剂、乳化剂、防腐剂、抗静电剂、胶乳凝固剂、石油添加剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂及染料中间体。环己胺的磺酸盐,作为人工甘味料,用于食品、饮料和医药。

环己胺上下游产品

环己胺制备

1.由苯胺催化加氢而得,可分为常压法和加压法。此外,通过环己烷或环己醇的催化氨解,硝基环己烷还原,以及氢存在下的环己酮催化氨解等方法均可制得环己胺。

精制方法:常含有苯胺和水等杂质。精制时首先将环己胺转变为盐酸盐,用水重结晶,精制后在碱性溶液中用乙醚萃取,固体氢氧化钾干燥,在氮气流中蒸馏。在4.65KPa的压力下精馏,可将苯胺除去。

2.以镍或钴为催化剂,在高温、高压下由苯胺进行催化还原得到。也可由苯酚催化还原得到环己醇,氧化为环己酮,再与氨进行氨基化而得到环己胺。
